What fun it is when you can share gentle space with like minded people. On Saturday 10 August Dr Melody Fourie and Specialised Kinesiologist Gillian O’Shea from Gateway to Wellness shared some of what they know on the preparation of fermented foods, when is it appropriate to consume them and some insight into the microbiome. We were joined by 10 beautiful souls who all got stuck in to make Kimchi, Kombucha and Kefir in this hands on workshop.
