We are united by a shared purpose:

• to promote a lifestyle of balance, vitality, and holistic well-being both for ourselves and the communities we serve.

We’re proud to live and work in a region known for its deep healing energy and natural beauty. Our goal is to make the Garden Route a recognised wellness destination for local and international visitors seeking nourishment of body, mind, and spirit.

Rooted in collaboration and support, our members co-create workshops, classes, resources, and events, from fitness and food to coaching and self-care. Together, we aim to uplift one another’s businesses and expand our collective impact.

A membership fee of R500 a year to join our directory, goes toward promoting our collective voice through shared marketing, exposure, and community events. This includes a listing on the website directory.
