Women’s Wellness workshop


Join us on Saturday 10 August, 11am, at Knysna Country House for a fun morning. Dr Melody Fourie and Specialised Kinesiologist Gillian O’Shea will share with you how to prepare fermented foods and when is it appropriate to consume them. We will be making Kimchi, Kombucha and Kefir in this hands on workshop.

An imbalanced gut and microbiome is behind the cause of many symptoms and diseased states. We will share with you some easy changes you can make to support a healthy gut biome.


The workshop costs R200. We will be serving tasty flavoured Kombucha at the event and you will take home your bottle of Kimchi and a full set of notes included in the price. We will provide all the ingredients and utensils.
